This privacy policy explains how EcoFuture uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.  It also explains how we will collect and process data when you become a customer of EcoFuture.

What data do we collect?

EcoFuture collects the following data:

    • personal identification information (name, address, telephone number, etc); and
    • details of your property (size, floor plans, etc).

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide EcoFuture with most of the data we collect.  We collect data and process data when you:

    • voluntarily submit your contact details online requesting further information on our products or services;
    • voluntarily provide further information that we may require in order to respond to your enquiry; and
    • use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

EcoFuture may also receive your data indirectly from online referrals from suppliers, eg Vaillant.

How will we use your data?

EcoFuture collects your data so that we can:

    • respond to your enquiry;
    • carry out site visits or surveys;
    • carry out agreed work to your property;
    • issue quotations and invoices to you for surveys and/or work to your property; and
    • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

If you agree, EcoFuture will share your data with:

    • partner companies who require your details in order to deliver products to you as part of agreed work; and
    • external companies as part of our legal and regulatory obligations (eg HMRC, Gas Safe, etc).

How do we store your data?

EcoFuture securely stores your data electronically at Jam Jar Studios 10, Hoults Yard, Walker Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 2HL.

Your data will be held in electronic customer relationship management (CRM) and accounting software.  All logins to systems are password protected, for the protection of both EcoFuture and our customers.

EcoFuture will keep your data for a period of 6 years.  Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Marketing

If you agree, EcoFuture will send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.  You have the right to opt out at a later date.
